  7. Kenan Evren: (November 9, 1982 - November 9, 1989)
  8. Turgut Özal: (November 9, 1989 - April 17, 1993)
  9. Süleyman Demirel: (May 16, 1993 - May 16, 2000)
  10. Ahmet Necdet Sezer: (May 16, 2000 - present)
