Syndication

In the entertainment and news industries, syndication is a method of making content available to a range of outlets simultaneously. Syndication is important in several different forms of mass media.
- In television and radio syndication, individual stations buy programs outside of the network system.
- In print syndication, individual newspapers or magazines buy news articles , columns, or comic strips.
- In web syndication, web feeds make a portion of a web site available to other sites.
- In the thoroughbred horse racing industry, syndication is the sale of the breeding rights to a specific stallion to a group of investors.
