The Pseudomonadaceae are a family of bacteria, including Pseudomonas, Cellvibrio , together with the Azotobacter group. This group contains several named genera: Azomonas, Azorhizophilus , and Azotobacter. Many members of this group produce different derivatives of the flourecent pigment pyoveridne . The Azotobacteriaceae were recently published as belonging in this family as well1.
