Queen Anne
The term Queen Anne, when applied to a style of furniture or architecture, refers to the only British monarch of the name, Anne, who reigned between 1702 and 1714. See also: Queen Anne style, Queen Anne's Lace
However, there have been several queen consorts, in various countries, as well as the one reigning monarch, named Anne. They include:
- Anne of Austria, queen of Louis XIII of France
- Anne of Bohemia, queen of Richard II of England
- Anne Boleyn, second queen of Henry VIII of England
- Anne of Brittany, queen of both Charles VIII of France and Louis XII of France
- Anne of Cleves, fourth queen of Henry VIII of England
- Anne of Denmark, queen of James I of England
- Anne of Great Britain, reigning monarch of Great Britain
- Anne of Kiev, queen of Henry I of France
- Anne Neville, queen of Richard III of England
- Anna I of Russia, better known as Anna Ivanovna, Empress of Russia
