RAF West Drayton
RAF West Drayton is a Royal Air Force station and the main centre for military air traffic control in Britain. It is colocated with the London Area and Terminal Control Centre to provide a vital link between civil and military flying and airspace requirements.
From 1962-2002 RAF West Drayton was the main centre for all air traffic control, until responsibility was handed over to a new centre in Swanwick, Hampshire .
