The Octape was the last mass produced mobile suit of the Space Revolutionary Army during the 7th Space War in the anime series Gundam X. Other than most of its predecessors, this mobile suit featured many weapons and thus generally outperformed the Old Earth Federation’s DT-6800A Daughtress series. Like many other mobile suits many Octape units survived the mass colony drop and fell into the hands of civilians and Vultures. In AW 0015 the Octape was still used by the SRA because it was so usefull. They even held themselfes well against the new mobile suit NRX-009 (NR-001) Valient of the New Earth Federation.
