Rampage (Beast Wars)

Rampage was a Predacon from the Beast Wars Transformers universe. He was a former Maximal that was the test subject of the Maximal elders who sought to duplicate Starscream's immortal spark. They instead ended up with a psychotic creature who had a resilient, though not quite immortal spark. The true purpose of the Axalon was to dump his stasis pod in some uncharted region. Megatron (Beast Wars) used a part of Rampage's spark to bring life to the Transmetal version of Dinobot, and Dinobot could hurt Rampage with his spark. Rampage's beast mode is a giant transmetal king-crab. Rampage's arch nemesis is Depthcharge . The two fought on Earth several times in Beast Wars. In the final episode of Beast Wars, Rampage and Depthcharge battled underwater for the last time. Rampage was killed when Depthcharge stabbed him right in the spark with a raw piece of energon. Rampage exploded, and killed Depthcharge in the process.

Rampage was voiced by Campbell Lane in the English version. In Japan, he was voiced by Nobuyuki Hiyama, who gave him a Yakuza accent.
