Regge calculus
In theoretical physics, Regge calculus is a simplified form of general relativity, introduced by the Italian theoretician Tullio Regge in the early 1960s. It operates on the basis of a triangulation of a 4-manifold into simplices, and a definition of the action found by Regge.
