Reichenbach (Sorbian: Rychbach) is a place in the Niederschlesischer Oberlausitzkreis district, in eastern Saxony, Germany. It is located near Görlitz.
Broadcasting Station in Reichenbach/Oberlausitz
Reichenbach since the end of the 1920s has a braodcasting station. It originally served as a free-standing wooden tower. It became a transmitter tower serving radio. Later, the tower was replaced by a transmitting pole which was renewer in 1999. The Reichenbach transmitter radiated at 1188 KHx with an oupout of 3 kilowatts.
The location is right next to Reichenbach and forests are a little further from the tower.
It is not a tower that relates with Reichenbach in Vogtland.
