Remember the Titans

Remember the Titans is a American drama film released in 2000. It was directed by Boaz Yakin, produced by Jerry Bruckheimer, made by The Walt Disney Company, and starred Denzel Washington as Coach Herman Boone. Remember the Titans centers around racial tensions in the football team of the newly integrated T.C. Williams High School in Alexandria, Virginia. The movie is based on actual events that took place in 1971, when T.C. Williams and the Titans won the state championship.

It is rated PG for "thematic elements," mild violence, and some crude language.
