Rey Flemings
Rey Flemings (Born July, 1973) is the Commissioner of Music for Memphis and Shelby. As head of Memphis' music industry economic development agency, Flemings is responsible for music business recruitment, music-related marketing of Memphis (including recruitment of nationally distributed programs) and advocacy of Memphis' contemporary music scene.
