Rice milk
Rice milk is a soymilk-like drink processed from rice. It is mostly made from brown rice and commonly sweetened with sugarcane syrup. Compared to cow milk, it contains more carbohydrates but does not contain any cholesterol or lactose.
It can come in plain, vanilla, or chocolate flavors and can be used in many recipes as an alternative to traditional cow milk.
