Richard Baker (MSP)

Richard Baker, born May 29, 1974 is the youngest sitting member of the Scottish Parliament. A member of the Labour Party, he was elected to represent North East Scotland at the 2003 election.

He was President of the National Union of Students Scotland from 1998 till 2000.
