Richard Neal

Richard Edmund Neal (born February 14 1949), American politician, has been a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives since 1989, representing the 2nd District of Massachusetts (map). He was born in Springfield, Massachusetts, was educated at American International College in Springfield and the University of Hartford in West Hartford, Connecticut, and was a businessman, member of the Springfield City Council and Mayor of Springfield before entering the House.
