Richard J. Maybury

(Redirected from Richard Maybury)

Richard J. Maybury (born 1946, Ohio) is the author of U.S. & World Early Warning Report for Investors. He has written several books on United States economics, law, and history. Maybury's viewpoint is "juris naturalist", which is more commonly known as libertarianism.

Mr. Maybury bases his work on his two laws, namely

  • Do all you have agreed to do, and
  • Do not encroach on other persons or their property.
  • copyright (c) Richard J. Maybury Early Warning Report

These two laws are subject to copyright, but according to Mr. Maybury they may be freely redistributed provided they are rewritten verbatim with no changes and accompanied by the copyright notice and link above.

The first law is related to contract law. A contract is an agreement between two or more parties, in which they promise to perform certain actions for and recognize certain rights of the other parties. The second law is related to criminal law and tort law. Violators of these types of laws have committed acts like theft or violence against other people.
