Rivière-du-Nord is the name of a federal electoral district in Quebec, Canada. Its population is 90,419. (2001)
Geography
The district consists of the La Rivière-du-Nord Regional County Municipality.
History
The electoral district was created in 2004 83.3% from Laurentides, 9.3% from Berthier--Montcalm and 7.4% from Argenteuil--Papineau--Mirabel. The riding has yet to experience its first election. The incumbent will be Monique Guay of the Bloc Quebecois.
