Robert Arthurson
Robert Bliss Arthurson is a Canadian murderer residing in The Pas, Manitoba.
In September, 1994 he kidnapped 13-year old Sarah Kelly , who was walking home from school by his house. After raping her, he killed her by strangulation.
He is currently serving a life sentence for his crime. In August of 2004, during a parole hearing, he claimed he had committed assaults against 15 or 16 other victims, some of which may not have been prosecuted. However, he provided no further details, and these claims have not been validated.
