Robert David Hall
Robert David Hall, actor who stars in the television show "C.S.I." as Dr. Al Robbins .
Born on November 6, 1947 in East Orange, New Jersey, Hall went to college at UCLA and graduated from there in 1971 with a degree in English Literature. In 1978, Hall had to have both of his legs amputated as a result of an 18-wheeler crushing his car and causing burns over 65% of his body; he uses prosthetic legs to get around.
In addition to starring on C.S.I., Hall has appeared in such films as Starship Troopers and The Negotiator. He is currently married to Judy Sterns (from 1999 on) and has a son, Cole, by his second wife Connie Cole (married to her from 1979 to sometime in the 1980s. He divorced Susan Petroni in 1974.
