- Rochdale, Toronto or Rochdale College was a centre of the 1960s-70s youth counter culture in Toronto, Canada. It was an eighteen-storey building, originally a college dormitory associated with the University of Toronto. It was closed down by police in 1975 because of a long history of alleged illegal drug usage and free sex.
