Rock, Cornwall
Rock is a village in Cornwall, England, lying on the North/Western bank of the River Camel, at its estuary.
Rock is a popular destination for tourists and holidaymakers, although as the name suggests, the beach is rocky here. The principal attraction is therefore not the sand but rather the sailing, with a well-known sailing club on the waterfront. A passenger ferry operates across the river to the larger town of Padstow, and there is also an annual swimming race across the Camel.
