Roger Howarth
Roger Howarth (born September 13 1968) is an American actor.
Howarth is perhaps best remembered for his Daytime Emmy Award winning portrayal of Todd Manning on the ABC soap opera, One Life to Live, a role he played on-and-off from 1993 to 1995, 1996 to 1998 and from 2000 to 2003.
Currently, he portrays Paul Ryan on CBS's, As the World Turns, a role he has played since 2003. He also had a brief role on the series Dawson's Creek.
