Ros' River
Ros (Ukrainian and Russian: Рось, Ros') is a river in Ukraine, a right tributary of the Dnieper.
Many historians believe that the name of the Kievan Rus', the old East Slavic state, originated from the name of the Ros river, the theory referred to as the antinormantist theory of the origin of Rus'.
