Running shoes
Running shoes are footwear specifically designed to be worn when running. They are made to absorb shock (as the foot hits the ground) and provide stability.
Shoes are designed for different running styles, surfaces, and foot types (flat foot, high arch). Advice on this is best left to a specialist running shop.
