Russian National Orchestra
The Russian National Orchestra is an orchestra based in Russia. Established in 1990 by the renowned pianist Mikhail Pletnev (who is its current artistic director and principal conductor), it has made particularly acclaimed recordings of Tchaikovsky and Rachmaninoff and is considered one of the finest orchestras today. It regularly gives subscription concerts in the Great Hall of the Moscow Conservatorium of Music.
