Rustam Minnikhanov
Rustam Minnikhanov (Tatar:Miñnexanov Röstäm Nurğäli ulı) (b. 1957), Tatarstan statesman. Since 1978 works in state management in Saba Rayon and Arça Rayon . Since 1993 Minnekhanov was a head of Biektaw Rayon . In 1996 – 1998 works as financial minister of Tatarstan. Since 1998 Minnekhanov is the prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan.
