Ryan Cooley
Ryan Cooley is a Canadian television actor, born May 18, 1988 in Ontario, best known for his role as JT on Degrassi: The Next Generation. Prior to joining the Degrassi cast, he had a two-year run as Pleskit, the alien lead in the television series I Was A Sixth Grade Alien . Ryan's other television credits include the series, Are You Afraid Of The Dark?, Queer as Folk and Lexx The Series . He has also appeared in the features Sachsenhausen 1944 , Toy Men and the Disney Channel movie The Color of Friendship . In 2002, Ryan was nominated for a Young Artist Award (LA) in the category of Best Performance In a TV Comedy Series. He has been romantically linked with Cassie Steele. His father is Charlie Cooley , a drummer for the folk band Prairie Oyster .
