S/2003 U 3 is a natural satellite of Uranus. It was discovered by Scott S. Sheppard, et al. in 2003.

It stands out from the rest of Sycorax' group by its inclination, which is only 56.63°, whereas all of the Sycorax group moons are retrograde, with inclinations in the 140-170° range.
