Sachin Dev Burman
Sachin Dev Burman (1906 - 1975) was one of the most famous Bollywood music composers. His son Rahul Dev Burman also made it big in Bollywood.
He was originally from the royal family of Tripura. He became famous in Bengal with his tremendous potential as a Bhatiyali singer. Later, he ventured into Bollywood as a composer and made his mark there.
Trivia
- Coincidence ?: Sachin Tendulkar who bats at number 4 was named after Sachin Dev Burman. Burman's son, Rahul Dev Burman has the same name as Rahul Dravid who bats at number 3.
