Sadistik Exekution

Sadistik Exekution are an Australian heavy metal band. It was initially formed in 1986, and by 1990 a stable line-up was established with Rok (vocals), Dave Slave (bass), Kriss Hades (guitar) and Sloth (drums). This line-up has withstanded only minimal changes over the years, although the first Sadistik album (The Magus released in 1991) was recorded with Sandy rather than Hades on guitar. Since then Sadistik has attained cult status within Australia and abroad, and they are notorious both for their death metal and for their outrageous and often violent antics on stage.

In 1994 they had obtained a record deal with Osmose Productions, and had released their second album (We Are Death Fukk You). Two years later, in 1996, they were touring Australia and Europe with Absu and Impaled Nazarene. This tour exposed them to a much bigger fanbase and marked the peak of their career.

Four additional albums have been released since We are Death Fukk You. Dave Slave is working on his solo projects, Digital Fiction and Doomed and Disgusting (both released 1998), which are science fiction and horror soundtracks, respectively. Rok has released his own solo album, and Hades has released a solo album of his own, called The Winds Over Orion.
