Sanky-panky
A Sanky-panky is a male sex worker, principally in the Dominican Republic but also in the Caribbean in general, who solicits on beaches, who has clients of both sexes. When with men, the Sanky-panky assumes the role of a bugarrón , who takes the role of a top, but when with women, assumes the role of an ideal lover.
