Seven Sisters (Moscow)

The Seven Sisters are a group of seven tall Stalinist skyscrapers in Moscow, Russia. They include the main building of Moscow State University, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Hotel "Leningrad" (Ленинградская), Hotel "Ukraine" (Украина), an apartment building near Krasnopresnenskaya Metro station, an apartment building on Kotelnicheskaya waterfront, and an apartment building on Kudrinskaya street. The original plans included an eighth tower, which would have been one of the tallest buildings in the world if it had been constructed.

The Triumph-Palace, tallest building in Europe and 59th in the world, is unofficially referred to as the eighth tower, following completion in 2003.
