Skull of Yoruk
The Skull of Yoruk is a powerful item in the computer game Zork Grand Inquisitor which contains the essence of deep magic. It is the skull of Saint Yoruk , who learned the secrets of deep magic from the devil in Hades.
A gaggle of grues took the skull from the Steppinthrax Monastery to their breeding ground underneath the White House.
According to Belboz , "the skull has fueled wars, toppled cities, and through it all, remained quite shiny."
In Zork Grand Inquisitor, the player sends a dim-witted Brogmoid back in time to retrieve the skull from beneath the White House. The skull is eventually united with the Cube of Foundation and the Coconut of Quendor to restore magic to Zork.
