Southern Professional Hockey League

The Southern Professional Hockey League, or SPHL, is scheduled to begin for the 2004-2005 season. It was created from the teams of the World Hockey Association 2 and the South East Hockey League, after the World Hockey Association ordered league founder David Waronker a cease-and-desist suit.
