Sulgrave
Sulgrave is an area in the North East English town of Washington. The ancestors of the first President of the United States, George Washington, emigrated from there due to their 'royalist' sympathies.
The area has since become derelict and is the home to some industry and a lot of council housing. Residents are subject to some of the highest rates of crime and drug abuse in the Sunderland area.
