The Sunday Post is a Scottish newspaper, published in Dundee by DC Thomson, and characterised by a 'folksy' mix of news, sentimental stories and short features.
Regular columns include:
- My Week by Francis Gay
- The Honest Truth (legal and consumer affairs)
- The Doc Replies (medical advice)
- Can Anyone Help (which, more often than not, features readers' requests for knitting wool - e.g. "I'm looking for one ball of blue King Cole Magnum Multi Chunky Yarn to finish a sweater for my grandson")
- The Fun Section featuring comic strips such as:
- Oor Wullie
- The Broons
- Nosey Parker Our Muddling Meddler
- Nero and Zero The Rollicking Romans
