Superman III

Superman III is a 1983 movie that is a sequel to Superman II from 1980.

The cast includes: Christopher Reeve as Superman/Clark Kent; Richard Pryor as Gus Gorman; Jackie Cooper as Perry White; Marc McClure as Jimmy Olsen; Annette O'Toole as Lana Lang; Annie Ross as Vera Webster; Pamela Stephenson as Lorelei Ambrosia; Robert Vaughn as Ross Webster; Margot Kidder as Lois Lane.

The film was the last Superman film produced by Alexander Salkind and Ilya Salkind . The film was followed by Superman IV: The Quest for Peace.


In the film, Superman turns to evil after exposure to faulty synthetic Kryptonite.

In this third installment, Superman turns evil by a mastermind, who also is a super computer genius, his name is Gus Gorman. He somehow finds Superman's weakness, Kryptonite. Combining with different ingredients, it turns the Kryptonite red.
