Suzanne Rogers


Suzanne Rogers (born Suzanne Crumpler on July 9, 1944 in Colonial Heights, Virginia) is an Emmy Award-winning American actress.

She is best known for playing Maggie Simmons Horton on the daytime television series Days of Our Lives from 1974 to 2003. In a rare turn of events, head writer James E. Reilly reversed her character's murder. In the summer of 2004, it has been revealed that she did not die, and returned home to her Husband Mickey who ended up being married to Bonnie Lockhart.

Rogers was diagnosed with the rare muscle disease myasthenia gravis in 1984, but is currently in remission. Later, Maggie was diagnosed with the same disease on the show, educating viewers.
