Sylvania literally means 'forest land'. Ít is used to mean several different things:

- Sylvania, furthermore, is also the fictional place that is the home to the Sylvanian Families toy line.
- Sylvania, is additionally the name of an imperial province infested with vampires in the Warhammer Fantasy Battle game.
