Syosset High School
Syosset High School in Syosset, New York, U.S.A. is the only High School for residents of the Syosset Central School District. The school was named a Blue Ribbon School of Excellence . It is seen as a model for other schools around the country.
Syosset High School is known for its award-winning publications, The Pulse and Ken. Its forensics team is nationally ranked, as is its Mock United Nations Team. It offers a very wide array of courses including many AP and Syracuse University Project Advanced Courses. It is one of the few schools on Long Island to give a Russian Regents. Japanese and Latin also have multi-year programs.
Syosset High School has a long-standing rivalry with neighboring Jericho High School .
