Syracuse
Syracuse is the name of two major cities in the world.
- The original Syracuse, Italy on the Italian island of Sicily
- The city Syracuse, New York in the United States
There are also six small municipalities in the United States by this name:
- Syracuse, Indiana
- Syracuse, Kansas
- Syracuse, Missouri
- Syracuse, Nebraska
- Syracuse, Ohio
- Syracuse, Utah
Syracuse also can be used to refer to Syracuse University, in Syracuse, New York. The university has a registered trademark on the word "Syracuse," if used to mean Syracuse University.
