Talos IV
In the fictional Star Trek, Talos IV is the fourth planet of the Talos System ; inhabited by the Talosians .
The Cage
In The Cage (1964), Talos IV was visited by the USS Enterprise (NCC-1701) under the command of Captain Pike after receiving a distress call from the SS Columbia . The only survivor of the crash was Vina, a female human. The Federation later imposed General Order 7 upon the Talos System , preventing anyone from ever approaching the planet under penalty of death.
The Menagerie
Talos was visited again by the Enterprise, while commandeered by Spock. in The Menagerie,
