Talsi (population 12,931) is a town in Latvia. It is the center of Talsu county.

Talsi - known as 'The Pearl of Kurzeme' and 'The Town of Nine Hills' - perches above two lakes. Talsi's history is hidden in its calm, cobbled sreets and in its well-preserved park's cherry and apple tree gardens.

In summer, Sauleskaln 's open-air scene becomes the center of local life, where there are many different concerts and events.
