Tania Cagnotto
Tania Cagnotto (born May 15 1985 in Bolzano, Italy) is an Italian platform jumper. She is 160 cm tall and weighs 54 kilograms. She is a member of the sporting federation Sport Federation Federazione Italiana Nuoto, and is Sponsored by the GN Fiamme Gialle - Bolzano Nuoto.
Tania is the daughter of Giorgio Cagnotto , who was an Italian platform jumper during the 60's and 70's - Tania Cagnotto won her first medal at age 14, as the result of immense natural talent and hard work and training. Since then, she won several other championships in Europe and the USA. In the recent European Tournament in Madrid, she was the Gold Medallist in the 10 Meters Platform and Bronze in the 3 meters. Tania developed a unique style - a blend of a "classical" (almost a ballet) movement driven by an immense force. She participated in the 2004 Summer Olympics.
