Tenna

Tenna or Tenwa (天和) was a Japanese era after Empō and before Jōkyō and spanned from 1681 to 1684. The reigning emperor was Reigen.

To mark the 58th year of a cycle of the Chinese zodiac, on the 29th day of the 9th month of Empō 9 (1681), the era was changed to Tenna (天和, "Heavenly/Imperial peace")
