Terence Langley Higgins, Baron Higgins (1928-) is a British Conservative politician.
He was Member of Parliament for Worthing from 1964 to 1997.
He was created a peer on October 28, 1997.
He is currently the Conservative shadow minister for work and pensions in the House of Lords.
