The Red Guy was a character that appeared in the Cartoon Network series Cow and Chicken and, more recently, I Am Weasel. The series lasted from 1997 to 1999. The Red Guy appears in various guises in the series.

He can be seen disguised as a cop, FBI agent, teacher, tabloid reporter, prison warden, and a movie director, just to name a few. His disguises usually include names that attribute to his rear end like Officer Pantsoffsky, Tulula Bottoms, Red Clearbottom, Uncle Breezybum, and even Geraldo Rearviewa. The Red Guy wears no pants and could be seen as a parody of the devil. He serves as a device to harass Cow & Chicken and their friends Flem & Earl. The Red Guy also convinces Cow & Chicken to do wrongful acts and then revels in the outcome. The voice of the Red Guy was Charlie Adler.
