Tiberius Claudius Balbilus
Tiberius Claudius Balbilus was a Greek Freedman who was an astrologer in the reigns of the Emperors Claudius and Nero. In 56 AD, Nero awarded him for his service by making him Governor of Egypt . Balbilus was later charged by Agrippina the Younger of rebelling against her son. His fate afterwards is unknown.
