Timothy Olyphant
Timothy Olyphant (born May 20 1968 in Honolulu, Hawaii) is an American actor. He is mostly a movie actor.
Personal and Career Info
He is currently having an active movie career. He is often considered a very flexible actor, and has played a variety of strange and normal characters.
He played Pete Moore in the 2003 adaptation of the Stephen King novel, Dreamcatcher. He starred with Emile Hirsch and Elisha Cuthbert in the 2004 teen comedy, The Girl Next Door, when he played Kelly, a pornography director/agent.
One of his most notable roles may actually have come as a side character in 2000's Gone In Sixty Seconds. He played Detective Drycoff, partner of the main detective, played by Delroy Lindo.
He can also be seen in Scream 2 (1997). He played Todd Gaines in the 1999 hit movie Go. In the 2001 film, Rock Star he played the guitarist for Blood Pollution.
His TV appearances include a June 28 1998 episode of Sex and the City and a lead role in HBO series Deadwood as Sheriff Seth Bullock.
Olyphant's roles seem to be limited for now, but many say his acting career is on the rise. He has been married to Alexis Knief since 1991 and has 2 children.
