Tonawanda Reservation is an Indian reservation of the Seneca located in Erie County, New York. As of the 2000 census, the Indian reservation had a total population of 10. Most of the reservation is in Genesee County. The Tonawanda Reservation is also known as the Tonawanda Creek Reservation. Currently, about a half dozen businesses on the reservation are engaged in the sale of untaxed, low-price cigarettes and gasoline.
