Tony Shalhoub
Tony Shalhoub (b. October 9, 1953, Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA), an American actor, is currently the star and executive producer of the USA television show, Monk, in which he plays an obsessive compulsive private detective. Shalhoub won an Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series in 2003 for the role.
One of his first roles was in the television series Wings.
Shalhoub is married to the actress Brooke Adams , and is the brother-in-law of former Guiding Light actress Lynne Adams.
